Condolence: My love and special thoughts are with Kelly and family, Bernie and family, and Maureen. I "met" my dear friend, Alice, twelve years ago, online, as we participated in a group discussion board after having our knees replaced about the same time. From then on, our friendship grew. I loved and enjoyed her so much. During her time of trials before Pat and Fred passed away, I tried to give her encouragement and comfort. After their passing, and then the personal challenges she was faced with, with her own health, we still "stayed strong" together. She helped me through difficult times. Phone calls were always a delight, and we had some good laughs, too. I can't believe she is gone~~but know that she is now out of pain and with her loved ones. I know some day I shall finally "meet" her, as she greets me on my "return home". I am thankful for the opportunity to have had this special friendship as long as I did. May God bless you all at this time.
