Condolences

Condolence From: Judy Wortman
Condolence: I worked with Tom at Shore. He was the nicest man. A real gentleman. He was also my son's Cross Country coach. He made everyone of his students and athletes feel special. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones. God Bless.

Condolence From: Tom J. Ravaschiere
Condolence: A dedicated teacher, motivating coach, caring soul. Had the privilege of knowing Mr. Hughes during the "formative" years - summer rec camps, SRHS teacher and XCountry coach (class of '82) - will always remember his blue sedan following us down Monmouth Rd on our long practice runs keeping a watchful eye on us. My sincere condolences to you during this time.

Condolence From: Beverly Muldoon
Condolence: My sincere condolences to Tom's family. I have many fond memories of working with Tom at Shore Regional. When I was a new teacher, Tom was so welcoming and I always enjoyed our conversations. He was so open and funny, clearly loving his job and the students he worked with. We were a family at Shore, and it deeply saddens me to learn of his passing, but his legacy as a father, coach, and teacher will live on. May the memories of this warm and caring man sustain all who knew and loved him.

Condolence: To the wonderful Hughes family,
Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your dad. I found him to be charming and engaging, even though he came and went like the "Wind".
They don't make them like that anymore.
XO
