Condolence: Dottie was the BEST neighbor ever! she was like a mother to David and I and our dog, Abby! We were privileged and lucky to have known such a smart and funny lady! we loved her dearly and she will be missed more then she will ever know! We are so happy to have our last memories of her in the hospital in full "Dottie" fashion!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ until we meet again...
