Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Julian Hoffman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Julian William  Hoffman
Julian William Hoffman, 21, of Brick tragically died on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at his home. Julian recently was a warehouse supervisor at Glenside Graphics in Brick. He was also studying at Ocean County Community College in Toms River towards a career in physical therapy. He was a graduate of Brick Memorial High School.
Born in Point Pleasant, he was a lifelong resident of Brick.
Julian was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Clifford Hoffman; and by his maternal grandfather, William Wargo. Surviving are his father, Derek Anthony Hoffman and his wife as well as Julian’s stepmother, Linda Hoffman; his mother, Melanie Wargo; sisters, Erica Apruzzese of Lakewood, Kaleigh Wargo of Bayville, Jessica Apruzzese of Lakewood, Sarah Hoffman of Brick, and Carly Cornelisse of Toms River; paternal grandmother, Irene Obester of Brick; maternal grandmother, Nancy Barbato of Lanoka Harbor; a step grandmother, Lordes Hoffman of Asbury Park; a nephew, Matthew Lagravenis of Bayville; many aunts, uncles and cousins; as well as his girlfriend, Katie Ghidella of Point Pleasant.
Visiting will be on Thursday from 5-8pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday 9:30am at St. Martha’s RC Church in Point Pleasant. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Brielle. Donations may be made in his name to St. Jude Children’s Research Foundation.
