Obituary for Anna M. Vizzone (Albanese)

Anna M. Vizzone, 70, of Brick passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Willow Springs in Brick. Mrs. Vizzone was a secretary for many years at Keystone Folding Box in Newark before settling in Brick where she made lifelong friends and participated in many community activities. She loved to gather her family and friends around her dining room table. Above all else Anna was a devoted wife and mother who cherished every moment with her children and grandchildren.
Born and raised in Newark, she moved to Brick in 1974.
Mrs. Vizzone was predeceased by her brother, Louis Albanese just last month. Surviving are her loving husband of 45 years, Gerald J. Vizzone, Sr.; son Gerald J. Jr. and his wife, Kristin of Brick; daughter, Lisa Zeltman and her husband, Jason of Howell; her parents, Liberty and Jane Albanese of Newark; brothers Liberty Albanese of Belleville and Raymond Albanese of Point Pleasant; and her grandchildren, Gerald and Gianna.
Visiting will be on Tuesday from 4-8pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick. A prayer service will be on Wednesday 10am in the funeral home followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Donations may be made in her name to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
