He graduated from Cranford High School and from Lehigh University in Bethlehem PA with a degree in Civil Engineering. He was a proud member of the Beta Iota Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity there.

Jeff married his wife Deborah Diddell Vincent in 1974 and they moved together to the shore area. In 1984 they settled in Sea Girt to raise their family.

His beloved wife, Debby and treasured son, Jeremy, survive Jeff. It was a joy for him to watch his son grow in Sea Girt and then choose the same Alma Mater in which to study, as well as to become a fellow “brother” to Kappa Sig. His devoted dogs, Backster and Tucker, also survive Jeff.

His brothers of Kappa Sigma also survive Jeff.

Jeff enjoyed residing in Sea Girt and being part of the community. He was a true friend of the Sea Girt Lighthouse. Jeff served as an Elder in the First Presbyterian Church in Manasquan. He treasured his family and dear friends. Jeff was a tireless worker who thrived on being productive, kind and making a difference in everything he did.
