He graduated from Cranford High School and from Lehigh University in Bethlehem PA with a degree in Civil Engineering. He was a proud member of the Beta Iota Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity there.

Jeff married his wife Deborah Diddell Vincent in 1974 and they moved together to the shore area. In 1984 they settled in Sea Girt to raise their family.

Jeff enjoyed residing in Sea Girt and being part of the community. He was a true friend of the Sea Girt Lighthouse. Jeff served as an Elder in the First Presbyterian Church in Manasquan. He treasured his family and dear friends. Jeff was a tireless worker who thrived on being productive, kind and making a difference in everything he did.

A viewing and short service will be held at O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Highway 35 in Wall between 1 and 4 on Saturday November 5. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Sea Girt Lighthouse.
