Obituary for Frances R. Flynn (Ruoff)

Frances R. Flynn 90 of Tinton Falls, NJ died Monday, December 5, 2016. Born in Glastonbury, CT, Frances lived in Neptune, NJ before retiring to Linville, NC and Spring Hill, FL. While raising her family, Frances worked as a registered nurse. She loved to square dance, golf and travel. Frances and her husband Bucky were full time RVers, traveling throughout the country for 8 years. She was a parishioner of Holy Innocents Church, Neptune. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved spending time with her family.

Frances was predeceased by her loving husband of 68 years William J. “Bucky” Flynn in 2015. Surviving are her 3 daughters, Kathy Carey (Joe) of Neptune, NJ, Peggy Tibbitt (Jim) of Belchertown, MA, Patty Friedhoff (Jerry) of Wall, NJ; 9 grandchildren, Michael Carey, William Carey, Joseph Carey, Daniel Tibbitt, Jason Friedhoff, Laura Macklin, Steven Friedhoff, Mark Tibbitt, Grace Friedhoff and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday. Dec. 10, 1 PM, followed by a memorial service at 2 PM at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd. Wall. Private interment will be in the BGWCD Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
