Condolence: Shocked + so sorry to hear of Jeffs passing. I'll always recall his quick Irish wit and great sense of humor. He provided me with many a belly laugh!!! Attended a few Giant games with Murph over the years...he loved his NY Giants football. Could talk about the G men for hours. His other love was his son Billy. I hadn't seen Jeff in several years but we'd speak a few times annually on the phone. In every conversation he spoke proudly of Billy and he had great hope for his future.
My regrets for missing the funeral. I was out of town attending my sons college graduation. Id like to extend my deepest sympathies to his entire family and let you know that you're in my thoughts and prayers. Hold on to the good memories and may they comfort you in this time of grief.

Condolence:
A large Irish was raised to the memory of Jeff last night, in a toast that went from Dublin to San Diego, via New Jersey. His wit, intelligence, humour and compassion are forever etched in our hearts and he will be long remembered. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam. (may his soul rest at the right hand side of God)
