Dorothy Sachs, 97, of Brick passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Shorrock Garden Care Center in Brick. Mrs. Sachs was an executive secretary for many years at Beecham Laboratories in Bloomfield before retiring.
Born in East Orange and lived in Pompton Lakes, Bloomfield before moving to Brick many years ago.
She was predeceased by her 1st husband, Will Potse, 2nd husband, John Lynch and 3rd husband, Daniel Sachs. Surviving is her son, Michael Lynch and his wife JoAnn, of Riverdale; step son, Daniel Sachs and his wife of Phoenix, AZ, Richard Sachs and his wife of Washington State; and step daughter, Patricia and her husband, Bob of Pompano Beach, FL; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
Visiting will be on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick. A prayer service will be offered on Wednesday 10am in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.
