Obituary for Clementine Pizzirusso
Clementine Pizzirusso, 88, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Jersey Shore Medical University Center in Neptune surrounded by her family.
Clementine was born and raised in Nanticoke, PA. She lived in Town Hill, PA, and Lakewood before residing in Brick for the last 17 years. She loved word puzzles and traveling. Her greatest joys in life were, spending time with her beloved family, going on cruises, visiting Cancun, baking and crocheting.
Clementine was predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years, James F. Pizzirusso; parents Joseph and Mary Magnosi; brother, Vincent Magnosi; sisters Evelyn Bedoski, Antoinette Lipinski and Rose Magnosi.
Clementine is survived by her loving children Karen Phillips and her husband Kenneth of Denville, NJ, Lee Sikora and her husband Michael of Sweet Valley, PA, Maria Archer and her husband Richard of Brick, NJ, Jim and his wife Kelly of Chicagoland, Illinois; sisters Fran Batista of Colts Neck, Mary Alby of North Palm Beach Florida; grandchildren Marc and his fiancé Michelle Wagner, Cara and her husband Aaron Pakkala, Ryan, Christopher Long and his wife Beckee, Nicholas Long and his wife Kristin, Suzanne and her husband Neil Popko, Michael Sikora, Kathryn, Jude, Katherine, James; great-grandchildren, Derek, Trevin, Hadley as well as awaiting the birth of her fourth great-grandchild baby Lena, and many cherished nieces and nephews. Clementine will be deeply missed by all of her dear friends at the Brick Township Senior Center and The Haven at Shorrock Gardens.
A visitation will take place on Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 2:00-4:00PM and 7:00-9:00PM. at O’Brien Funeral Home, Brick. A funeral Mass will take place on Friday, August 17, 2018 at St. Mary of The Lake R.C. Church, Lakewood at 10:30 AM. Entombment will follow at St. Mary of The Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
