Arden White, 84, of Manasquan, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021, with family by her side.

She was born to the late George and Ella Case on August 12, 1936, in East Orange. Arden graduated from Clifford J. Scott High School in 1954.

Arden was predeceased by her brother, George. She is survived by her sister, Connie. She made many sacrifices and dedicated her life to raising her three surviving children, Steven, Chris and Paige. She is also survived by her four grandchildren Elizabeth, Gabby, Madison and Michael.

Back in the glamorous days of air travel, Arden was a stewardess for Delta Airlines. She loved that job. For most of her working life, she was employed by AT&T until she decided it was time to retire and enjoy her life.

Arden loved animals and was hard pressed to turn down any stray kitten. She loved to travel, having visited France, England, Belgium, Bermuda and the Bahamas. Her favorite trip was to Egypt, in 2005, where she got to ride on a camel on the beach in the moonlight.

Her family takes comfort knowing that she is now on the most peaceful journey of all.

Arrangements have been made through O’Brien Funeral Home. The family will celebrate her life privately.
