Barbara M. Greves, 80 of Wall, NJ died Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Care One at Wall. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Barbara moved to Wall in 1995. Barbara was a teacher at Holy Name School, Brooklyn, NY. She was a parishioner of St. Denis Church, Manasquan, NJ where she taught CCD classes. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, everything she did was for her family. She lived and breathed for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.
Barbara was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert Greves in 1992, her siblings, James Delisio, Dorothy Joachim, Arlene Zola and her daughter in law Anne Marie Greves. Surviving are her 4 sons, Robert Greves and his wife Filomena, Gregory Greves and his wife Lisa, Christopher Greves and his wife Leigh, Steven Greves and his wife Denise. She also leaves 11 grandchildren, Nicole, Kristy, Cassie, Melissa, Michelle, Robert, Kayla, Kristen, Brandon, Philip, Amanda and 5 great grandchildren, Anabelle, Raegan, Delaney, Danielle and Riley.
Services were private under the direction of O’Brien Funeral Home, Wall, www.obrienfuneralhome.com. Funeral Mass was held at St. Denis Church, Manasquan, NJ, followed by burial in Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
