Obituary for Christine T Tremblay (Perna)
Christine Perna Tremblay, 58, of Howell, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Jersey Shore Univ. Medical Center. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, she resided in Linden, before moving to Howell 30 years ago. Christine was a graduate of Brick High School as well as Capri Institute. Christine was also a server for 25 years at Alfonso’s and other fine restaurants prior to her retirement in 2014. Christine was a member of the Angel Mom Group where she met many cherished friends. Her friends since high school were considered family and were a beautiful part of her life.
She is predeceased by her father, Nicholas Perna, her brother, Michael Perna, and her beloved son, Ronald “Ronnie” Tremblay, Jr. Surviving are her loving husband, Ronald; two sons, Joseph and Nicholas; her mother, Joyce Perna; her sister, Linda Perna; sisters in law, Gloria, Joy, and Linda; brothers in law, Randy, Pete, and Craig; nephews, Vincent, James, and Jack; nieces, Ali, Meg, Michelle, Lea and Sarah; and her two dog babies, Ace and King.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 4-8p.m. at O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Rd, Brick. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 10 a.m. at St. Dominic’s RC Church, 250 Old Squan Rd, Brick. Cremation will be private.
