Evan Robert Budalich, age 34, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune. Evan was born in Point Pleasant and raised in Sea Girt, NJ.

He was a graduate of Manasquan High and was most recently employed by the Culinary Depot in Lakewood where he was a valued employee known for his positive attitude and warm smile. He was also of a great physique and could lift heavy equipment like it weighed nothing.

Evan was a die-hard New York sports fan and loved the Yankees, Giants, Rangers and Knicks. He was a kind, sweet and generous person in every way. Evan loved to cook and enjoyed feeding his friends and family as well as cleaning up. Evan was a sensitive and spiritual person having been recently baptized.

He is predeceased by his grandparents, Robert and Barbara Celentano and Michael and Angelina Budalich.

Surviving are his loving parents, Gloria Celentano and her husband, Jay Stafford; Michael Budalich and his wife Pamela, his brother, Michael Budalich and his girlfriend Allain Cruz; his step-brother, Bobby Stafford and his step-sisters, Kristy and Katie Stafford; his Aunt and Uncle Dr. Ethan and Elaine Levy along with his cousin, Estee Levy.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 from 4-8 p.m. with a service being held at 7:30 p.m. at O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35, Wall, NJ 07719. Cremation is private.
