Obituary for Florence Iannuzzi (Torre)
Florence Iannuzzi (nee Torre), 105, of Brick passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick with her loving family at her side. Born in Newark, she was a lifetime resident there before moving to Brick in 1960.
Florence was predeceased by her loving husband, Lorenzo (Larry) Iannuzzi; and by her sons, Robert and Lawrence. She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Iannuzzi of Brick and Margaret Mayer of Jackson; her grandchildren, Robert and Angela Christensen of Brick, Debra and Raymond Pollak of Lakehurst, Florence Smith of Manchester, Christine Christensen of Miami, FL and Beth Harmon of Raymond, NH; her great grandchildren, Chrystal and Amaury Monzon of Key Largo, FL, Aydan Christensen, Megan Lapinski, Jake Pollak, Ryan Smith, Molly, Jack and Ethan Harmon; and also by her great great granddaughter, Angela Monzon. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 4-8pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick. A prayer service will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 7:30pm.
A memorial service and entombment of cremains will be held 11am on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at the Ocean County Memorial Park, 1722 Silverton Road, Toms River. NO FLOWERS PLEASE. Donations may be made in her name to THE Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, 1095 NW 14th Terrace, Lois Pope Life Center, Miami, FL 33136
