Geraldine Breig, 92, of Spring Lake Heights, NJ, was born on November 23, 1928, and died Monday, December 14, 2020. Born in Pittston, PA, Geri lived in New Jersey for most of her life. She was a parishioner of St. Catharine Church, Spring Lake, NJ, where she was actively involved. Geri was employed as a bookkeeper at Frederick’s in Spring Lake, for many years, followed by positions at Hanes in Manasquan, NJ, and then volunteer work at VNA Thrift & Consignment Shop in Manasquan. A hard worker, Geri enjoyed good health and a busy lifestyle right up until the time of her passing.
Geri was predeceased by her parents, Joseph Martin and Esther Murphy; her brothers, Joseph R. Breig of Ashland, KY; Kenneth Breig of San Diego, CA; Thomas Breig of Greenville, SC; Charles Breig of Moosic, PA; and her dear sister, Esther Donaldson of Manchester, NJ. Geri is survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
