Hanna Elizabeth Wilt, age 27, passed away on Monday, February 14, 2022, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family after battling Peritoneal Mesothelioma for years. Born and raised in Spring Lake, Hanna was a talented artist, poet and athlete. She loved and lived passionately. There are no words for how much she will be missed, and so we are grateful for a God that promises we'll see her again.

Hanna was a graduate of the Marine Academy of Science and Technology and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree from Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia. Most recently she worked as a CrossFit Trainer and a Ceramics Studio Assistant.

She is predeceased by her father, Bruce Wilt in 2019 and her niece, Emilia Wilt in 2017. 

Surviving are her beloved mother, Hope Schiller Wilt; her loving siblings, Lanie, Natalie, Kate, Sam and Jack.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
