“Teach only love, because that is who you are”

Dad’s greatest passion was teaching. We learned so much from him through all the peaks and valleys of life, primarily the importance of showing up for one another and having faith in God. He was fondly called “Doc” by all he mentored, including extended family, friends, and the young dental professionals he took under his wing. His enthusiasm was infectious. He was often the life of the party and loved NY Giants football (which he shared with us). Doc’s Sunday night basketball games under the lights at 331 Division were legendary and still talked about some 50 years later by the town youth who played in them. All of his children cherished being in his presence. Whether on trips to the Jersey shore or Maine, it was truly an adventure with him at the wheel and with Mom riding shotgun. We love you, Dad, forever and ever. For that is what you taught us, and we are eternally grateful to have you as Our Father...
