I 'met' Jeff on Google+ in 2015 and co-founded a community with him to try to help educate people who were anti-science or being influenced by the 'science deniers'. He swiftly upped his game by leaping onto other, more visible social media platforms, spreading his considerable knowledge and wit and had become a well respected educator. Farewell friend, you will be missed, just as you had got into your stride.

Jeff And I started science strike force with a few other science and truth lovers to help anyone trying to decipher there way through all the lies and non science out there today. He stood up for us all. And showed integrity. He was a great man and he will be missed.

I was one of Jeff's business partners and worked with him for over 20 years. You don’t work together that long and not have differences and disagreements. However, there were many things about Jeff that were never in doubt, not even for one second; his integrity, honesty, kindness, trustworthiness and loyalty.

My heart goes out to the girls (Jeff fondly referred to Mary, Sarah and Jess as 'the girls') and the entire family. I'm sad when I think he will no longer be here with us, yet I'm comforted for having known him and his contribution that made our lives better.
