Joseph Malloy, age 75, passed away on May 21, 2022 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Born in Newark, NJ, Joe resided in Manasquan since 1969. He was employed by AT&T for many years and then went on to be self-employed. He was a creative inventor who held several patents. Joe was a member of the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh in Belmar and served proudly on the Manasquan First Aid Squad. Joe had many varied hobbies and interests and did everything with enthusiasm. Joe loved his family and his many pets over the years. He was a kind and generous spirit. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Susan Malloy (nee Kurzna) and his second wife, Sandra Malloy (nee Vibbert) as well as his brother Jerry Malloy. Surviving are his many nieces and nephews:  Naomi Switzer, Jennifer Caggiano, Melissa Barberia, Amy Ulto, Jessica Barberia, Joseph A. Malloy, John C. Malloy, and Christopher J. Malloy.
