Obituary for Ngocanh "Ann Elizabeth" Hoang
Ngocanh “Ann Elizabeth” Hoang of Spring Lake Heights passed away Thursday, March 5, 2020 at her home surrounded by her devoted family.
Born in Saigon, Vietnam, she came to the United States and has resided in Spring Lake Heights since July 1975. She had been employed as a Remittance Center Employee for Jersey Central Power & Light, Allenhurst, NJ for 20 years.
She was a devout Roman Catholic, and she and her family are long-time Parishioners of St. Catharine’s & St. Margaret’s Parish, Spring Lake, NJ.
She was predeceased by her parents, Thuan Nguyen and Soi Thi Chieng, her grandmother, Anna Sam Thi Truong, and her dear son, Alphonso Phu Hoang.
Surviving is her loving husband Ken Hoang, her 5 devoted children and spouses, Dzung Hoang and wife Margaret Hoang, Camhong and husband Luy Nguyen, My Hoang, Thuha Hoang-Wu and husband Raymond Wu, and Yennga Hoang Perkons and husband Michael Perkons, her 2 brothers Phuoc H. and Loc Nguyen and 5 sisters Ca Thi Nguyen, Hue Nguyen, Ly Thi Le, Cuc T. Nguyen and Huong T. Nguyen, and 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation on Wednesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd., Wall, NJ followed by a Mass of Roman Catholic Burial on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 10:30am in St. Catharine’s Church, 215 Essex Ave., Spring Lake, NJ, 07762. Burial will follow in St. Catharine’s Cemetery, 1000 W. Chicago Blvd., Sea Girt, NJ.
