Obituary for Robert Theodore Freyman Jr.
Robert "Bob” Theodore Freyman Jr. passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Colonial Lakes Health Care Winter Garden, FL at the age of 81.
Bob was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Alice Freyman. He is lovingly remembered by his sister, Leigh (Freyman) Skuback, her husband, Dave Skuback, his nieces, Katharine Skuback and Krissy Skuback, and close friends.
Born in Newark, NJ in 1939, Bob graduated from Johnathan Dayton High School, Springfield, NJ in 1957 and then went on to earn an Associates Degree (’65) and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (’67) from Monmouth College. Bob was a veteran that served in the US Army. He lived in New Jersey before moving to Christmas, Florida 49 years ago.
He had many hobbies and interests that he actively pursued throughout his life. He particularly enjoyed working with his hands, especially on his boats and cars. Bob lived a full life with many fond memories to look back on, including his youth spent at the Jersey Shore boating, fishing, and water skiing with his family.
Graveside service will be Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 10:30am at St. Catharine Cemetery, 1100 West Chicago Blvd, Wall. O'Brien Funeral Home, Wall is in charge of arrangements. www.obrienfuenralhome.com.
