Thomas G. Goodman, age 89, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.  Born and raised in Yonkers, Thomas lived for many years in Emerson, NJ before moving to Spring Lake Heights where he has resided for the last 25 years.

Mr. Goodman proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean war.

Thomas was a Manager of Major Accounts with Con Edison for many years, retiring in 1993.

Thomas was an avid golfer and enjoyed the beach.  His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his brothers, Philip, William and Frank and his sister, Mary.

Surviving are his beloved wife of 62 years, Hannah Goodman; his loving children, Brian and his wife, Diane, Thomas and his wife, Eileen, Mary Ellen Hillin and her husband, John and Stephen and his wife, Lisa; his cherished grandchildren, Kyle, Nicole, Meagan and her husband, Timothy, Siobhan, Maeve, Catherine, Brendan, Liam and Kiera; his great-grandchildren, Donovan and Elizabeth.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Catharine’s RC Church, Spring Lake NJ followed by the burial at St. Catharine’s Cemetery, Sea Girt.
