Veronica Ann Kitrick (nee Foley), age 86, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center with her loving family at her side. Born and raised in Jersey City, Veronica raised her family in Jackson Township and retired to Smithville before moving to Seabrook Village 12 years ago. Prior to her retirement, she worked for the Building Department in Lakewood, NJ for 20 years. 

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, John F. Kitrick, and her brother, Lawrence Foley Jr.

Surviving are her daughters Colleen Kitrick and Sharon Kitrick; her sons, John Kitrick and his wife Susan, and Kevin Kitrick; sister, Agnes Ebert and her husband, Thomas; brother, Donald Foley and his wife, Marie; grandchildren, Jill Carney-Seinsoth and husband Timothy, Kelly Carney, Emily Drescher, Robert Drescher, Kerry Kitrick and Katie Kitrick; great-grandchildren Andrew Carney and his wife Lauren,  Cameron Hepner, Timothy Seinsoth and Jaxon Seinsoth; her great-great-grandchildren Austin and Savannah Carney; along with many, beautiful nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 15th 2022 from 4-8pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd., Wall. All services will be held privately due to a family illness.
