I am deeply saddened by the passing of my brother in-law Bill. He was one the nicest person I know and the coolest brother in-law of all. My deepest sympathy to my youngest sister Ana and Bills' family for the loss of her beloved husband, son, brother, uncle, stepfather, step-grandfather. He will be missed for sure; he was a very affectionate person, respectful, helpful, compassionate with every one. He loved his in-laws blending perfectly well in the Hispanic culture and loving it.

I remember Bill as a fellow alumni from Neptune High School, class of '74. Many a night listening to rock music from live bands at the Stone Pony & the Avon Inn. Good times, good times. Rest easy my friend. - Rich Cottrell

We knew him for over 9 years. He was a social worker who try to help as many people as he could during he's career. We've great memories visiting my sister and brother in law. During the trip to Spain he made us laugh and I personally will remember he's Spanish words " ohh NO MAS POR FAVOR". We are heavy hearted as has passing. May he rest in peace.
