Not many people have the ability to create lasting relationships as Lori did. She came to visit our Dubuque, Iowa office and I wanted to make sure she felt at home so I invited her to my house for dinner to meet my family. I'm pretty sure she spent way more time with my kids than me but it was priceless. For years she sent little gifts to my kids whenever she found something that reminded her of them.
