Bob had a gentle, unassuming, kind demeanor. He was positive, friendly, other-centered. For example, Bob approached me at RHS (I'm a teacher) to say that he remembered my family from years ago in Ridgewood; he also related memories when he was a referee and I a HS player. Bob Lynch was such a gentleman, obviously a wonderful family man. God bless his family, especially his wife. Bob's legacy shines through all those children and grandchildren. Maybe most striking was, after speaking with Bob, he left one with a feeling of warm goodwill, humility.
