Lucille (Tochilin) McDougald, 85 of Wall Township passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at her residence with her beloved children at her side.
Lucille was born in San Francisco, CA. and had resided in Spring Lake and Tenafly, NJ for many years, where she raised her large loving family, before moving to Wall Township in 2000.
She was a devout Catholic and parishioner of St. Catharine’s RC Church, Spring Lake, and also enjoyed pacticipating in Bible study at the Monmouth County Association for the Blind, Wall Township.
Lucille was predeceased by her husband of 62 years Gilbert J. McDougald in November 2010.
She is survived by her children Gilbert J. McDougald Jr. of Reseda, CA, Tod McDougald of Wall, NJ, Jon McDougald of Easton, Md., Matthew McDougald of Brielle, NJ Christine Flynn of Lakewood, CO, Denise Costigan of Moorestown, NJ, and Courtney Harmon of San Antonio. Texas, and her 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 10:30am at St. Catharine’s RC Church, 215 Essex Ave., Spring Lake. Please go directly to the Church on Saturday morning.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to a charity of your choice in memory of Lucille.
