Obituary for Janet T. Royce (Trommel)

Janet T. Royce, 93, of Wall, died Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at her home. Born and raised in Passaic, NJ, Janet lived in Glen Ridge, NJ and Bay Head, NJ before moving to Wall 30 years ago. She was a clerk for Travelers Insurance Company in Newark, NJ prior to starting her family. She was a member of the Colts Neck Reformed Church, the African Violet Society and the Deep Cut Orchid Society. She loved gardening and being outdoors, and had many achievements in photography.
Surviving are her beloved husband of 70 years, Howard C. Royce, and 3 loving children: Susan Barradale and her husband Ray of Albrightsville, PA, Wylie Royce and his wife Nancy of Colts Neck, NJ, and Wendy Effenberger and her husband Alex, also of Colts Neck. She also leaves 5 grandchildren: Kristen Hill, Bryan Barradale, Ian Fisher, Erin Reineck, and Jenna Effenberger, as well as 2 great grandchildren: Autumn Reineck and Patrick Hill.
Visiting will be Sunday from 3-6 PM at O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy. 35 at New Bedford Road, Wall. A Funeral Service will be held Monday at 11 AM at the funeral home.
