Obituary for Anne Ruscito (Cherosnick)
Anne Ruscito, 101, o f Wall, N.J., died at her daughter’s home in Houston, Texas.
Born in Newark, N.J., Ann resided in Wall, NJ for over 50 years. Anne was a local artist and teacher to many local residents from her home studio. She was an active member of the Belmar Women’s Club and a parishioner of St. Rose Catholic Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank. and grandson Robert Bork Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Judith Bork and her husband, Robert, of Houston, Texas and her three Grandchildren, Dina Bork Ruggiero, Daniel Bork and Michael Bork and his wife Tara. Anne was the loving Great Grandmother to Nicholas and Zachary Ruggiero and Rebecca, Owen, Nicolette, Raquel and Delaney Bork.
Visiting will be Saturday, March 28, 2015: 9:30 -10:30 - O'Brien Funeral home, 2028 Highway 35, Wall, N.J. in Wall NJ followed by an 11:00 - Mass at St. Rose Church 603 7th Ave, Belmar, followed by Entombment at St Catherine Cemetery Mausoleum, Sea Girt.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been setup to provide a scholarship to a local art student. The family hopes to continue Anne's passion for art by helping a young artist follow their dream. http://annesartistfund.mydagsite.com.
