Obituary for Eileen S. Daugila (Stout)

Eileen S. Daugila, 66, of Wall, NJ died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Jersey Shore Univ. Medical Center, Neptune. Eileen lived in Oakhurst, NJ before moving to Wall in 1974. Eileen was a Spanish teacher at Ocean Township High School for 33 years and was one of the Spanish Club advisors. She was a very family oriented woman who loved spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Eileen was a parishioner of St. Rose Church, Belmar, NJ.
Surviving is her beloved husband of 42 years John Daugila, a son; Michael Daugila and his fiance Elizabeth Santoro of Philadelphia, PA, a daughter Melissa LaRusso and her husband Matthew of Wall, NJ and 2 grandchildren; Kayla and Jackson LaRusso.
Visiting will be Saturday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd., Wall. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, 11:30 AM at St. Rose Church, Belmar. Burial will follow in St. Anne Cemetery, Wall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eileen’s name to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life of Freehold, in support of Team Spirit, 2310 Rt. 34, Suite 1D Manasquan, NJ 08736.
