Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Noel Neral can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I knew your dad through having my beauty parlor at Colfax Plaza. I was a high school graduate, and I had no math skills.
My memory that I'd like to share regards my concern about using the money I had saved to open my shop or take a loan. Your dad's advice was to get a loan so I would still have my savings and pay off the loan each month.
I remember asking his advice and being insecure that I wouldn't understand his answer, but he made me so comfortable and simplified his thoughts.
A very nice man. For me, to read about his life and about the whole family makes me feel grateful to have gotten to know him. (1987)
