The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Eileen Corby can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: We were so sorry to hear about Eileen. It is so hard to lose your mom. I know you have many good lasting memories. Someday, may the sorrow you feel today, be replaced by these wonderful memories. I wish we could be there to comfort you.

Condolence: I've always heard it said the loss of one's mother is the loss of the "base note" of one's life. My experience last week, as we were saying goodbye, is that her entire family was experiencing the pain of life's music losing it's baseline. That was clearly what Eileen did for her loved ones, she provided the baseline, and the loss of that harmonic is already felt by all. Requiescat inpacem.
