Chuck was a great guy and a good friend. We taught together at UC Rutgers University. He was truly a kind, considerate and thoughtful human being. Perhaps non conventional in his teaching, he was dedicated to his students and for advancing the field of management. As a management historian, he was a real detective. He would go to any length to investigate minute details of his subject. A real scholar, and down to earth human being, our academic world has lost a good man in him.
