Condolence: Every year, without fail, in all the 28+ years I worked at JSUMC, there was a Christmas card on my desk from Donna.
Years ago, when I worked nights on maternity, my car wouldn't start in the lot outside. Donna waited with me for the tow truck, then drove me out for breakfast and then to the service station to get my car. And she had worked all night also! I have never forgotten that kindness from someone who, at the time, didn't even know me all that well! That is how I remember Donna. Kind, generous, a little offbeat, a loyal friend. Rest in peace, my friend. I know the angels have welcomed you.
