The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Dorothy Kressman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank You Dottie

As I was leaning over at work on Sunday morning...the day after you left us..your thought.."Don't try so hard,Patricia." Came into my mind.....Thank You. Thank you Dottie for the gift of being our neighbor all these years...we remember the building of your house...just across from ours on Boston Boulevard...I love the story you would tell about the day you retired from your work life..coming through the door and your Mother gave you charge of "cooking" the meals for the two of you...your culinary skills began. Your kindness and care through these years are part of the fabric of the neighborhood...Mom and Dad appreciated you so much...and so enjoyed your sweets from Delicious Orchards..and the clam chowder from Point Pleasant....You opened your door to our overflowing family .....We loved how you meticulously cared for your home..and loved watching you and Dave...be neighbors.....we miss you ...First , Mom....then Mr.Saxion,....then Dad...and now one year later...You.....Love All Ways. Patricia....ps..so glad I was able to deliver the picture Dad had taken of your house with the beautiful clouds overhead..and your great appreciation . It is 9:43am the day of your Memorial service at St. Mark's Sea Girt.
